Everyone is welcome — your English does not have to be perfect. You only have to talk. \n\n\n\nNew format from September 2026\n\n\n\nSpeakers‘ Corner 2.0 — English conversation in Herdecke \n\n\n\nEvery second Tuesday of the month\, 19:00 – 21:00\, free\, no booking. Your English does not have to be perfect — you only have to talk. \n\n\n\nEvery evening has the same shape: 30 minutes of small talk\, 30 minutes on one announced theme\, 30 minutes of „my week“ (everyone tells a short story from their own life)\, then open talking until 21:00. One house rule: in the theme round\, everyone speaks once before anyone speaks twice. \n\n\n\nDownload the handout (PDF\, 2 pages) — the evening plan\, phrases for starting\, for giving an opinion\, for getting unstuck\, and a „my week“ sheet for your notes. Print it\, or read it on your phone. Eine Hausregel: In der Themenrunde reden erst alle einmal\, bevor jemand ein zweites Mal dran ist. \n\n\n\nHandout herunterladen (PDF\, 2 Seiten) — der Ablauf\, Sätze zum Anfangen\, zum Meinung-Sagen\, zum Weiterkommen\, und ein „Meine Woche“-Blatt für deine Notizen.
